James P. F. Egbert - Attorney
A long time greater Tucson area resident, Pat graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1973. He is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and practices in both Arizona state and Federal courts. Since the early 1980's Pat has served as a judge pro tempore in the Arizona Superior Court. With extensive experience in litigation matters, Pat’s legal practice involves legal issues dealing with elder law, conservatorships, guardianships, trust and probate estate administration and litigation. He also provides quality estate planning for his clients. Pat is also available for consultation on issues involving business planning, commercial business transactions, real estate transactions, ranching operations and other business-related questions. When not practicing law, Pat enjoys horseback riding on his ranch in Vail, Arizona.
